The Texas Pro Promise
Three commitments. Plainly stated. Honored every time.
Every trailer leaves our yard inspected and road-ready. If yours arrives in poor condition or isn't safe to use — bad tires, broken light, busted hitch — we'll make it right on the spot or refund your full hire. Just tell us before you leave the yard.
Sometimes you book a trailer and realize at pickup it's not the right fit. If we have a better-fitting trailer available, we'll swap you to it at no extra hassle. Your job gets done right.
Life happens. Cancel free up to 24 hours before your rental's scheduled start time. Inside that 24-hour window, we'll work with you on rescheduling for another time.

AT PICKUP
Found a problem? Here's what to do.
Don't hitch up. Don't leave the yard. Once the trailer leaves with you, the 'safe and sound' commitment closes.
(512) 782-4676 — Blake (or whoever's on call) responds within 30 minutes during business hours and 2 hours overnight.
Snap a picture of the issue. This helps us either talk you through a quick fix, swap you to a different trailer, or process your refund.
Either we swap you to a different trailer (if one's available), or we refund your hire in full. Your call.

Texas Pro Trailers is a locally-owned, founder-led business. Every customer matters. We’d rather lose a rental than send you out with a trailer that’s not right — and we’d rather have you come back next month than burn the relationship over an unfair charge. That’s the deal.
