Head to our booking page and pick the trailer you need. Choose your dates and times — same-day bookings are usually available. You’ll see live availability in real time.

Verify Your ID and Pay

First-time renters complete a quick ID verification (60 seconds via Stripe Identity). Pay with any major credit card. No deposit — your card is on file but only the rental fee gets charged at booking.

Get Your PIN

Within seconds of booking, you’ll receive a confirmation text and email with your unique PIN code and pickup instructions. Save the text — that’s your key.

Drive to the Yard

Show up any time during your rental window — 24/7. Pull up to your trailer. Each trailer has its own lockbox mounted to the frame. Your PIN is unique to your rental window.

Open the Lockbox, Hitch Up

Enter your PIN on the igloohome keypad. The lockbox opens. Inside: the coupler lock key and any included accessories. Quick walkaround inspection, hitch up, and you’re rolling.

Return the Trailer

Drive the trailer back to its spot, park it where you found it (marked), lock the coupler, put the key back in the lockbox, snap return photos. Done. Your card has already been charged — no further paperwork.

Self-Service Specific

Yes — there's no one onsite at pickup. Everything is automated through Lockii (our booking platform), Stripe (payments and ID), and the smart lockboxes on each trailer. Blake is reachable by phone or text for any issue, but you don't need to coordinate with anyone to grab your trailer.

Our calendar updates in real time — if a trailer is showing as available when you book, it's available. In the extremely rare case of a system glitch or late return from another customer, contact us immediately. We'll either expedite the return, swap you to a different trailer, or refund you in full per the Texas Pro Promise.

Yes. The yard has 24/7 4K solar-powered cameras with motion detection, GPS trackers on every trailer, and Proven Industries coupler locks. Your rental is fully protected — and so are we. Every pickup and return is on camera.
